Resumo
The AmazonFACE experiment is a large-scale, multinational scientific cooperation between Brazil and the United Kingdom. It aims to anticipate the future of the atmosphere and its impacts in the forest using FACE technology (Free Air Carbon Dioxide Enrichment): injecting carbon dioxide (CO2) directly into controlled vegetation plots to imitate an atmosphere of the future and allow scientists to understand how the forest would behave in high CO2 conditions.
